Privyet Tovarich, I finished posting the details of the Tactical Order and Equipment (TO&E) for an Imperial Guard Regiment. I pulled in some fluff from as far back as 1st Edition - Rogue Trader. I also added some new unit/vehicle designs. Yes, I know, they aren't 'official'. And, yes, the purpose of this project is to create a unique Imperial Guard Regiment that can be used anywhere against anyone, but there are some cool older unit types that went down the GW memory hole over 15 years ago. Many of us still have these old models or similar models from other makers - yes, there ARE other miniature manufacturers than Games Workshop (gasp!). I have been flipping through my old Rogue Trader and 2nd Edition materials looking for inspiration and came across some interesting facts about the Imperial Army: Did you know that the Imperial Army fielded:
In short, the Imperial Army had a lot of options the Imperial Guard doesn't. I converted the old unit entries from the old army list to the current (4th edition) version of the rules and collected these Lesser Known Imperial Guard units in their own section of the e-codex. Naturally, these units require your opponent's permission to use and are not 'tournament legal' but it will let you take some of those older figures off the shelf and put them back into action. Dosvedanya,
